xx111 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Guidelines

Your use of xx111 constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance takes effect the moment you complete the registration process by clicking "Register" on xx111.ws. These Terms apply regardless of the device or browser you use to access xx111.

xx111 reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xx111 will notify registered members via the email address on their account. Continued use of xx111 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms are written in English and this English version is the authoritative document governing your relationship with xx111. No verbal representation, chat conversation or promotional material overrides what is written in these Terms.

To register and use xx111 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. xx111 does not permit minors to register or use any part of the platform. Age verification is mandatory during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person — not a company, partnership, trust or other legal entity.
• You must be registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of any employee of xx111 or its associated companies.

Each person is permitted to hold one xx111 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a family member's identity, or through any other method — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. You must keep this information current — if any of your details change, update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting xx111 support.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. xx111 will never ask for your password by email, live chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact xx111 support immediately and change your password. xx111 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

xx111 is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals. This process — known as Know Your Customer (KYC) — is a standard requirement for all regulated gaming and payment platforms and is designed to protect both xx111 and its members from fraud, money laundering and identity theft.

To complete KYC on xx111 you will need to submit:

• A clear photograph or scan of your CNIC (front and back)
• A selfie holding your CNIC next to your face

xx111 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of submission. Once verified, your account status is updated permanently — you will not be asked to resubmit the same documents unless something significant changes on your account. xx111 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time — particularly for large withdrawal requests — as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending resolution.

xx111 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same name as your xx111 account. Deposits from third-party payment sources — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted.

The minimum deposit at xx111 is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers and card payments. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts. xx111 charges no fees on deposits from its side; your payment provider may apply standard network charges.

• Deposits credited to your xx111 balance are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation.
• xx111 cannot reverse a completed deposit transaction once it has been credited to your account.
• If a deposit appears to have been made but has not credited within 30 minutes, contact xx111 support with your payment reference number for investigation.
• xx111 does not accept deposits made with funds belonging to or sourced from third parties, and any such deposits identified during compliance review will be returned and the account reviewed.

Withdrawals from xx111 are available to fully verified members only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are: Easypaisa and JazzCash — within 1 hour; NayaPay and SadaPay — within 3 hours; IBFT bank transfer — within 24 hours. Diamond VIP members receive priority instant processing around the clock.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your xx111 account. xx111 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Your real-money balance — the portion not subject to active bonus wagering requirements — is withdrawable at any time. Bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully met.

xx111 may request additional verification documents before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests as part of standard compliance procedures. This is not a refusal to pay — it is a standard step to confirm the transaction is legitimate. Cooperation with these requests ensures your withdrawal is processed as quickly as possible.

xx111 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP benefits and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page at xx111.ws/promotions at the time of the offer. The general rules below apply to all xx111 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• One bonus per person, per promotion: Each member may claim a specific bonus once, regardless of how many accounts they hold (which should be one — see Section 3).
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement on xx111 bonuses is between 20× and 35× the bonus amount. The exact requirement is stated on every bonus offer.
• Wagering contribution by game type: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering. Sports betting and most casino games contribute 100%. Fishing games contribute 100%. Certain games may contribute at a lower rate — this is stated in the specific bonus terms where applicable.
• Bonus expiry: All xx111 bonuses expire 30 days after being credited unless the specific promotion states a different timeframe. Uncompleted wagering on an expired bonus results in the bonus amount being removed. Real-money funds are unaffected.
• Bonus abuse: xx111 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses where the activity on an account indicates exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to: irregular betting patterns designed to reduce wagering risk while claiming bonus funds, or coordinated play across multiple accounts.

All games on xx111 — including casino games, sports betting markets, live games, poker and fishing games — operate according to the specific rules published for each game on the platform. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game you are playing. Where ambiguity exists, xx111's determination of the correct game outcome is final.

All xx111 casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that ensure statistically fair outcomes independent of the player's account history, balance or betting pattern. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the relevant game page on xx111.

The following activities constitute a breach of xx111's fair play policy and will result in immediate account suspension and voiding of all associated winnings:

• Collusion with other players to artificially influence game outcomes, particularly in poker
• Use of any software, bot, script or automated tool to interact with xx111 games or betting markets
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches or incorrectly priced betting markets
• Coordinated bonus hunting through multiple accounts or with third parties
• Any form of chip dumping in poker games
• Attempting to reverse engineer or intercept xx111's game or payment systems

xx111 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap. Once set, the limit applies immediately across all payment methods. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling period before the increase takes effect.
• Session Time Alerts: Set a reminder to appear after a defined period of continuous play. The alert requires you to actively confirm you wish to continue.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from xx111. Temporary exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent exclusion closes your account indefinitely. During any self-exclusion period, all deposit methods are blocked and the exclusion cannot be reversed until the set period expires.

xx111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, or that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other members.

Circumstances that may lead to account suspension at xx111 include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Operating multiple accounts
• Engaging in any form of fair play violation as described in Section 8
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when requested
• Any suspicion of money laundering or use of xx111 for illicit financial activity
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposit transactions without contacting xx111 support first

Where an account is suspended, xx111 will notify the member by email with the reason for suspension where it is safe and appropriate to do so. In genuine cases where suspension was applied in error, xx111 will reverse the decision and any withheld winnings will be reinstated. Any member who wishes to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting xx111 support.

xx111 operates complex software systems and, while we work hard to maintain technical stability, occasional errors may occur. These might include incorrectly displayed odds, game malfunctions, payment processing delays or balance display errors.

If you notice what appears to be an error on xx111 — whether in a game outcome, a payment amount or your account balance — you are required to stop playing and report it to xx111 support immediately. Continuing to play after noticing a suspected error, with the intention of benefiting from it, constitutes a fair play violation under Section 8 and may result in account suspension.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with xx111 support, the matter will be escalated internally to xx111's compliance team for a final determination. xx111's decision on disputes is final once all reasonable steps to investigate the matter have been completed and communicated to the member in writing.
